Theidea of intelligent transformation use PLC as the control center, the collected signaltransfer to the PLC, then according to the specific design requirements, to control therelated equipment, to save human resources, to meet the requirements of water quality.The intelligent transformation implementation plan of this system bases on theexisting sewage treatment plant activated sludge process, to select measuring instrumentand sensor for the three different stages of sewage treatment, and the control systemhardware selection and configuration of the determination of each subsystem and workmode; To use S7—200 series PLC of SIEMENS company as the main controller to processautomatic control, and use of the STEP—7 Micro/Win32 program software to programme;The development of simulation software for plant sewage treatment of industrialcontrolling computer using Lab VIEW graphical programming software, to develop thesimulation diagram of the general layout of the sewage treatment plant and each subsystem,to achieve the parameters of the acquisition and display; the controlled device connect toPLC interface through RS485 via, realize the communication with PLC through the USSconverter communication protocol, to realize the communication between PLC softwarethrough OPC, to achieve real-time monitoring of the physical parameters through the IPC.In this paper, the transformation of the content of sewage treatment plant inintelligence, security and economy to meet the high requirements for sewage treatment,reducing the tedious daily operation management, improving the degree of automation ofthe sewage treatment plant, it can meet the requirements of the level A emission standard,bring good economic and social benefits, and develop a set of sewage treatment plant todevelop software for the staff, this system has definite application value. |
