China's apparel industry has experienced a rapid development process. It is entering a new round of strategic adjustment period, from simply relying on the scale of development to casting to expand the brand across the value-oriented, showing a mature and rational. Due to the impact of world financial crisis, as well as the concept of consumer spending, consumer behavior change, particularly in large-scale international clothing brands to the Chinese market, rushing to seize beaches.which make our garment enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, marketing in the clothing business is not only a means in the traditional sense, its meaning, role, showing a strategic height and full, the whole process, comprehensive features. Precisely because of this, the author from the marketing, management, economics and strategic management and financial point of view of knowledge, combined with the practical WangbuliaoGarments Co., Ltd., to explore a set of marketing mode suitable for the business. I also hope to provide a useful reference for other apparel makers.In this paper, the status quo of China's garment industry, focusing on analysis of Hunan Province Wangbuliao Garments Co., Ltd. internal and external environment and market opportunities faced by using SWOT analysis, in-depth analysis of Hunan v Garments Co., Ltd. competitive advantage. Finally, using the theories of the marketing mix, I will make Wangbuliao Garments Co., Ltd. in Hunan Province of product strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy and marketing strategies, etc.Corporate marketing strategies and tactics of effective implementation required internal and external resources. Therefore, this article based on improving R & D mechanisms, the dealer alliance, enterprise culture construction, sales, team building and performance appraisal, etc. to explore Wangbuliao apparel company's marketing strategy implementation. Hope to learn by analogy from the human, machine, material, clean, ring, Wen multifaceted strategic planning, and follow the principles of PDCA cycle, strive to continue to create excellence.
