| With the rapid development of economic globalization,resources and environmental issues have become the focus of economic development and social progress. Many cities start planning and practicing in order to build ecological cities,but the construction of ecological network for the cities and towns based on the current eco-city has more emphasis on the ecological linkages between cities,moreover,it looks at the direction of urban development on a larger scale and is the ideal choice for city and regional sustainable development in the future. The thesis attempts to combine the theory of ecological network for cities and towns and the practice in Hebei Province, so make the concept of the ecological network of cities and towns concrete,with a view to point out the direction of the eco-city development and provide a scientific basis for regional development.In this paper, on the basis of summing up some relative research achievements of ecological network of cities and towns at home and abroad, it firstly proposes the concept of ecological network of cities and towns,and analyzes the components of factors from two aspects,entity elements and operating mechanism of the elements flow, therefore,it sets up the theoretical system of ecological network of cities and towns,and proposes construction mode based on the complex giant system,and furthermore,it builds up 3 first-level-indexes, including of developing situation, ecological connection and further developing potential; and 9 second-level-indexes, including of the situation of nature recourses,and economy, and 26 third-level-indexes including of forest coverage rate and unit GDP power consumption for ecological network of cities and towns evaluation system.As a case study of Hebei Province is the focus of the thesis.It evaluates the level of basic status,the level of ecological linkages,and development potential for ecological network of cities and towns in Hebei Province through the use of SPSS factor analysis, hierarchical analysis, and other mathematical methods.After the comprehensive evaluation and analysis,it points out that the overall characteristics of ecological network of cities and towns in Hebei Provinc is a discrete point-like structure and linear structure of the main.And further it summarizes the main problems, namely, there is no regional ecological corridor; regional development imbalances; less senior-level node; network blind spots caused by some counties and cities; there is no line across the city in the formation of ecological networks.To solve these problems,it proposes "the two with four-axis multi-tour" optimization program for the development of ecological network of cities and towns in Hebei Provinc,and points out that the construction of ecological network of cities and towns in Hebei Province is a long-term process from lower to higher.Therefore,it formulates the development objectives in three phases, and gives the countermeasures to speed up the ecological network of cities and towns development in Hebei Province by enhancing the town's own strength and enhancing ecological linkages between the two cities.The innovation of this paper is: first, the establishment of ecological network of cities and towns theoretical system is not only enrich the theory of eco-city construction, and improve the regional sustainable development theory.Second, the construction mode of complex giant system and the development ideas of corridor groups network direct the way of promoting the construction and development for ecological network of cities and towns.Third, the establishment of indicator system provides the basis for quantitative evaluation of ecological network of cities and towns. Fourth, as an example,to build ecological network of cities and towns in Hebei Province is the practice of embodying the idea of development of ecological networks.Fifth, GIS, AutoCAD, PhotoShop and other technology are introduced into the evaluation and analysis of ecological network of cities and towns,and into the expression of the result, intuitive and clear.In addition, the thesis attaches importance to the studies of ecological linkages between cities,and the ecological evaluation models are made up of three aspects,the natural resources contacts, the economic contacts, and the social contacts.Therefore,it is a breakthrough of attaching great importance within the city and ignoring the link between the cities in traditional study. |
