Research Of Business Process Optimizing Of Da Lian Customs Supervision On Processing Trade

The processing Trade has been expanding rapidly over the last 20 years. As globalization of economy develops fast, the main task for the Customs, as one of the administrating departments, is how to adapt itself to the rapid development of the Processing Trad. The theory of business process reengineering is one of the latest international management theories and has great meaning in guiding the reform of Customs supervision on Processing Trade. The theory of this thesis is to optimize process reengineering, to realize the objective of strictness supervision and efficient operation, to offer convenience for the company, and so that to find the balance point and fulfill the government policy.Firstly, the thesis reviews the history of Processing Trade in China and the transformation of the mode of Customs supervision, and analyzes the problems and disadvantages which exist in the current mode, and propose the necessity of reforming the current supervision mode; Secondly, the thesis demonstrates the pertinence and the applicability of the theory of process reengineering towards the Customs supervision from two ways of the theory and practice; At last, comprehensive designs business process reengineering work of Customs supervision on Processing Trade, including confirming the object and principles, designing steps of the process, that is, diagnosing business process-reengineering new process-reengineering organization-evaluating the new process and so on.
