After joining the WTO, China's chemical enterprises than ever before are faced with more complex environment, competitive pressure on the chemical enterprise executives develop the quality and speed of decision-making have put forward higher requirements. In this context, perplexed policy makers question is: how dynamic tracking the market and how to develop accurate sales plans. This paper on China's chemical enterprise sales model status quo, proposes the factors associated sales analysis model, and through empirical analysis verifies the feasibility of the model.Papers describes the decision support system, data warehouse, sales forecasts for the theory, and through the analysis of the development of the world chemical market and China's chemical market, as well as future trends, transnational chemical enterprises and China's chemical enterprises sales management status quo, identifies China's chemical enterprise sales management problems in and why. On this basis, papers analysis the application status of China's chemical enterprise sales model, and to find the four limitations of the current sales model: the technical means to achieve model backward, model functional single and relevance of poor, decision support sales model yet to be developed, data characteristics various and users choose methods difficult.Papers from four aspects propose achieve goals of the sales model of chemical enterprises based on decision support system: in terms of data sources, methods of prediction and analysis, model function, intelligent model, and explain precondition for achieving the model. On this basis, papers present a factors associated sales analysis model, and separately explain technical support, principle, premise, structure, scope and function of the model, thus successfully building the factors associated sales analysis model based on decision support system. Finally, empirically analysis of the model, through actual data to operation the model and data analysis, so as to achieve functions of the sales planned in support, verify the feasibility of the model.
