The Interaction Between The Labor Migration And The Urbanization Based On Industrial Clusters

The urbanization lagging behind industrialization is not only theproblem of China, but also the intractability of ZheJiang province. Andhow to find an useful way to advance the urbanization worthwhileresearching. In ZheJiang, industrial clusters with regional characteristicssuccessfully grow, which promote the population migration in urban,growth of the secondary and the tertiary industries and theindustrialization. Meanwhile, the urbanization has upgraded and createdmore favorable foundation for the further regional industrial structure.Thereby, it has great value and realistic significance to examine "Theinteraction between the labor migration and the urbanization based onindustrial clusters".Refers to domestic and foreign experience, this paper firstlycombines theoretical research with quantitative analysis and qualitativeanalysis to discuess industrial clusters of Zhejiang, the labor migration'sperformance, direction, path and utility. Then it mainly discusses therelationship between clusters and urbanization with theoretic andpractical technique, and figures out three modes of urbanization based on their relationship. Afterword, this paper distinguishes the imbalantdevelopment between labor migration and urbanization, pointing outdeveloping industrial clusters is a way to modify their imbalant. On thebasis of above analysis, this study generalizes the inter reaction amongindustrial clusters, labor migration, urbanization. Then it employsWenZhou as a typical case to confirm their relationship. Finally, I havefigured out five political suggestions according to the conclusion gainedfrom the study.
