Research On Part Of Automobile Integrative Transportation Under Supply Chain

It is the focused topic which is paid close attention in academic field. Transportation is the bond in supply chain to connect and support the cooperative companionate relationship. Any success in supply chain can be ascribed to the reasonable transportation arrangement.Automobile supply chain is a kind of general management which contains many informations including modern transportation, storage, maintenance, carrying, package, product circulation and other logistics information. The dispatching in supply chain of whole automobile and its departments should be a high technique field in which every link is ordered to be joined smoothly. It is also the most complicated and most technique field recognized by international logistics field, and these two characteristics are reflected though dispatching departments to the producers. The cost of this process possess a large part of the whole cost of supply chain, and also is the key to reduce the whole cost. The objective of this paper which focused in combination transportation is to integrate the transportation resources in the largest scale, and utilize it reasonably to form an integrative layout with less fixed facilities and scaled economy which can reduce the waste of transportation resources more and more.This paper expounds the basic theory and the planning model of departments'transportation in supply chain. The network model and the concrete routes planning method of departments'integrative transportation are researched on the basic theories.Then the actuality of the departments'transportation in our country is analyzed. The key problem and the solving method in departments integrative transportation has been set forth. The importance of the sharing of supply chain information is been put forward. An information system of integrative transportation is designed, and the example of using is expounded in the last.This paper does basic research for the network of departments'integrative transportation in supply chain, also the route planning method and the design of information system.
