A Demonstration Study About The Surplus Labor Force Migration In Zuo Village

With the thorough development of our national economy, the problem of countryside, peasant, and agriculture have become the key question in economic development of China. And peasant issue is the key one among them. So how to realize the rural surplus labor force migration is an important way of solving problem of countryside, peasant, and agriculture, which is favorable to the progress of the development of agriculture and countryside, and is the key link of solving difficult problem of countryside, peasant, and agriculture and structuring the harmonious society in new period of China.The thesis chooses Zuo village from the eastern region in Henan province as its research object. Under the help of many people, the author makes a spot check about the surplus labor force migration in Zuo village. Based on the former investigations and theories, the thesis begins the demonstration analysis about rural surplus labor force migration using the method such as counting, listing and comparative analysis.Firstly, the thesis researched the background, purposes, objectives and important definitions, which is a preparatory base for the following study. Secondly, it points out the research object and method, describes the background of the surplus labor force migration in Zuo village, such as the village situation, the labor force situation, and the surplus labor force migration history. And then it gives the situation of the rural surplus labor force migration. At the third part, the thesis makes theoretical analyses about the surplus rural labor migration. On the basis of the analysis, it chooses Todaro model as its basic analyzing model. At the forth part, it points out the characteristics, motivity and effects of the labor force migration in Zuo village. At the fifth part, based on the former study, it puts forward the limitation of Todaro model and gives the optimization model of it. And then, it gives the suggestions for how to realize the migration of the surplus of rural labor force. At the end of this thesis, it gets the conclusion and put forth the future study expectation.
