Study On Intellectual Property Strategy And Core Competence Of High-tech Enterprise

Nowadays with the rapid development of technology and the globalization,invention, possession and operation of intellectual property have become a key factorfor the competence of enterprises, even for a nation. Receiving continued profit is afundamental guarantee for companies, especially for those high-techcompanies andorganizations which play a leading role among international competitions.This paper firstly reviews the theory of intellectual property, intellectual propertystrategy and core competence, summarizes their conceptions and characters? thenexplores the relativity of intellectual property and core competence, concludes thatintellectual property could become the core competence. Furthermore it takes thehigh-tech enterprise as an example to research the five aspects of intellectual propertystrategy which are output strategy of patent, marketing and brand strategy ofintellectual property, investing strategy of intellectual property, technical standardstrategy and business secret strategy. Finally, by investigating current state ofintellectual property including 382 enterprises of electronic and information in Shaanxiprovince, it puts forward constructive advice.
