The Mechanism Research Of Scientific And Cultural Development

The scientific culture under discussion in this article, is a modern culture which stems from the fusion of science and the humanities, investigates science as a cultural process from a human science point of view, and studies the role of science in social communication, cultural communication and public communication. With the economic development and societal improvement, science plays an increasingly important role in shaping the change and development of the nature and human societies. The advent and application of scientific theories and technology place profound influence on the material and spiritual worlds of mankind, and promote the social civilization and progress. With the increasingly fierce competition in the national overall strength, the status of scientific knowledge and culture is a very important measure of the public quality of a nation. Therefore, in order to better develop and communicate the scientific culture, it is of significant value to research and master the mechanism and rules of scientific culture development.The mechanism of scientific culture development falls into two categories:an internal mechanism and an external one. As to the internal mechanism, the gradual accumulation of knowledge is a basic condition for the development of scientific culture. Moreover, the cross-integration between various subjects provides a crucial approach to the development of science. In addition, the change of the scientific method is a very important part of the internal mechanism. Regarding the external mechanism, the development of scientific culture is influenced by a number of factors. Socia needs is its most fundamental motivation; promotion mechanism is a driving force of scientific development; communication mechanism is the approach of scientific development; protection mechanism offers strong support for the development of scientific culture.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, including a detailed description of the topic, the status of domestic and international studies, the purpose and the significance of the research studies, and then a clear research framework of this project. The second part is regarding the definition of related concepts. The specific clarification and explanation of related concepts can help us to understand clearly and precisely the connotation and the extension of the important concepts The third part is on the internal mechanism of the development of scientific culture. An analysis of the relevant internal models of scientific cultural development can summarize the accumulation system within scientific cultural development. The fourth part discusses the external mechanism of scientific cultural development, Starting off with the external environment, we study the important factors that affect the development of scientific culture, and summarize the operations of the external mechanism. The fifth part serves as the conclusion drawing, through the induction of the previous discussions the rules of scientific culture development, and voicing related thoughts and concerns with respect to the current development of China's scientific culture. This part presents a summary of the first four chapters.
