Improving parts’performance, reducing their weight and economizing material are the goal and developing trend of modern advanced manufacturing technology.The aspiring is especially stronger in the fields of auto industry and aerospace.Tube hydroforming, a kind of advanced plastic forming technology with the characteristics of light weight and integration gets more and more attention.Now, many internal scholars have had much study on this technology,but the time of study on the technology in our contry is short and we lack nice experiment conditions,so most study is only confined to finite element analysis,which affects the verification to academic achievements. As the basis of the study on tube hydroforming technology, the equipment of tube hydroforming influences the result of tube hydroforming directly.Designing perfect hydroforming systems is more and more important.This paper generally describes the technology of internal high pressure hydroforming and its development, current status and practical application on the basis of referring to a number of literatures home and abroad.Aiming at the impacts to tube hydroforming by different loading methods came up by overseas scholars, the writer presented to realize the fluctuation loading in tube high-pressure hydroforming so as to conduct the forming tests under different loading conditions.Particularly introducing the every section of tube high-pressure hydroforming technology as well as each function, the paper also made detailed analysis on the impact to tube hydroforming by every section. Meanwhile, listed key design specification and its selection standard of high pressure tube-hydroforming system. Therefore, the paper has certain valuable to this system R&D.Analyzing the requirement to design high pressure system by using internal high pressure hydroforming under fluctuant loading and made research on key problems and technology involved by high pressure system. The writer described the overall system part by part specifically, which is simplified for better understanding and is easy for emphasizing the important technology and innovative design in every section.Making simulation for the new designed system, which ensures the feasibility and stability under fluctuant loading. Tube hydroforming tests further verified every performance of the new system.
