| Underground coal fire (coalfield fire), under the impact of human activities or natural conditions, is the coal spontaneous combustion that underground coal seam or outcrop in contact with oxygen, from spontaneous combustion to intense burning and then forming a certain scale that produces series of environmental, ecological impact。 China’s underground coal fire occurs mainly in13provinces in the northern region,in which Inner Mongolia is one of China’s most serve provinces that occurs coal fire, where10union cities in12union cities have found coalfield or coal mine fire area。 Fire area mainly located in the western region of the Gulaben coalfield,Wuda coalfield, Zhuozishan coal, Zhungeer Coalfield, Dongsheng coalfield, Shiguai coalfield.. Coal fire is not only an important impact on our national economy and national energy security strategy, but also cause serious damage on the environment, ecology, vegetation, water resources,In this paper, based on topographic and geologic characteristics and the scope and extent of burning coals reconnaissance of Ximaqing fire area in Zhungeer coalfield, we conduct fire prevention technology for a rational choice of the fire district。Through monitoring the temperature and gas during later period of fire district governance, we can access the effect of fire prevention and thus disproving fire prevention technology’ s rationality and effectiveness。The main contents are as follows(1)Research Status of existing fire source detection and fire prevention technologies home and abroad and successful fire prevention cases through specific technical。 By comprehending fire source detection and fire prevention technologies home and abroad, we get technical preparations for the construction fire extinguishing construction of Ximaqing fire area。 Understanding the success of the fire extinguishing case can provide reference frame of a reasonable choice of fire extinguishing and prevention technology for Ximaqing fire district。(2)Features of Ximaqing fire District and distribution of fire source。 Through the Ximaqing fire district terrain conditions and the distribution of subsidence cracks surveying, combined with ground steaming conditions and assist with application of radon method in accurately detect of underground hidden fire source, we can determine the range of the fire district and distribution of fire source。(3)Through ascertainment of the range of fire area the Ximaqing, combined with the terrain conditions, air leakage situation and fire combustion degree, put forward the gas uneven effect of chemical reaction about coal fire burning, and select reasonable technology for management the fire area, so that achieve efficiency and economy in the fire area management.(4)On the basis of determine the scope of the fire area, through the simulation of grouting process and the analysis of grouting results, for the management about Ximaqing fire area, scientific selection of grouting materials and grouting parameter, accurately meet the needs of the engineering practice and the application in the field,it has obtained good effect to wipe out the fire.(5)Assess the effect of extinguishing fire and the rationality and accuracy about technology selection through monitoring hole temperature and gas monitoring in the Ximaqing fire area. In the later period, gas (CO and H2) monitoring and temperature monitoring show the coal fire extinguishing, however the temperature monitoring results lags the gas monitoring results, put forward the "smouldering fire" effect.(6)Evaluation the effect of fire extinguishing in Ximaqing,and evaluation the appropriate technical selected in the process of extinguishing fire, disprove the accuracy,high efficiency,economy, prove the successful experiences of Ximaqing fire extinguishing has reference value. |
