| ABSTRACT:Study of hidden resources security mining technology is of great significance to improve the recovery rate of valuable mineral resources and economic efficiency of enterprises. Based on the scientific research topic of "study of hidden resource comprehensive recovery technology in the main ore body collapse area" in Fan kou Lead zinc mine,tightly combined with practical engineering in Fan kou Lead zinc mine, the integrated use of theoretical analysis, experimental research and numerical analysis, carry out research the main ore body collapse area of hidden trouble resource mining scheme, aiming to analyze and reveal the mechanical state of collapse area and its formation hidden resource at present and determine the influence area and resource of collapse area. Study on proposing mining sequence scheme and mining method of recovering hidden resource based on comprehensive consideration of mining engineering and related technique conditions at present. Under the premise of ensuring safety, as far as possible to recovery the high value resource of this part. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)On the basis of collecting, collating and analysing of relevant technical information on the collapse area, carried out the experimental study on the physical and mechanical properties of collapse area of ore rock, obtained the physical and mechanical parameters of rock collapse area.(2)The numerical simulation analysis of collapse area carried out. Three-dimensional numerical model for the collapse area is established by using the finite element software MIDAS/GTS. Through the interface program format conversion of MIDAS/GTS and FLAC3D data file is achieved and formed FLAC3D numerical model. The instability and collapse numerical simulation analysis of0#stope Sh-320middle collapse area in Fan Kou Lead zinc mine carried out, the influenced area of collapse obtained and the statistic of hidden resources.(3)The collapse area of hidden trouble resource mining sequence optimization research carried out. Four different schemes of mining sequence proposed after analysis of the mining technology conditions of collapse area. Through the numerical simulation analysis of four different kinds of mining sequences, different schemes mechanical response characteristics were obtained, and to determine the best mining sequence.(4)The collapse area of hidden trouble resource mining method scheme research carried out. Based on the mining technology conditions of collapse area of hidden trouble resource, requirements of mining scheme selection and the mechanical state of collapse area, putted forward two different mining schemes for Collapse area within the scope of influence of hidden trouble resource exploitation. The highly stratified of upward back cut-fill method optimization was carried out. |
