| In the metal processing industry, automated welding process occupies an extremely important position. As a core component of automated welding technology, CNC welding system research can promote large-scale CNC welding and more universal application. As an important part of Beijing mechanical innovation platform projects "multi-axis CNC welding plane convex contour bed", Plane convex contour welding curves expression with control point arithmetic based on error control, is one of the topics difficulty to achieve a convex contour welding.In this paper, plane convex contour welding curve is the main research object. First, people can use the measuring machine to get the key points of the data forming the weld data file; Then in this paper there are applications of curves,including linear, circular, B-spline, reconstructing the plane convex contour curves to form welding expression in computer; with the dichotomy and equal-error method to approach plane curve of cam contour with helix, dividing curves of different geometric properties; With the application of my own programming animated simulation systems, testing precision and rationality of the welding gun movement, then forming a weld control point data file. Last, the data is passed to the welding bed controller in accordance with the designing PLC communication protocol and three-axis CNC welding machine will achieve welding operation.In this paper, it develops the plane convex contour welding control algorithms and simulation system with the MFC library, then achieve the output data of input the measured data and the generated key point. The system can communicate with the PLC in communication protocol and system interface design friendly, operate easily. |
