| Nanocomposite is showing more and more applications in many fields such as biology, medicine, energy, transportation, electronics, defense, environment and so on. In the field of civil engineering and aerospace, nanocomposites also get more research. Particularly, the nanocomposites taking polymer as the matrix, because of the polymer matrix has some excellent performance, as follows: low density, easily processing, corrosion resistance, combined with the excellent performance of the carbon material, making electro-activated carbon nano-composites having a huge potential in terms of drives, sensors and structural material applications. The nano-composites is increasingly becoming a research hot spot today.For the problem of the dispersion of the carbon nanofibers, the paper prepares the well-dispersed carbon nanopaper by high pressure molding deposition method. Then prepare nanopaper composites by taking the carbon nanopaper as the reinforcement and the epoxy resin as the matrix. And characterize the performance of the carbon nano-composites comprehensively. Further, analyzes the carbon nanopaper frame by the finite element software ANSYS thermal analysis module, to have a better understanding of the effect of taking the carbon nanopaper as the reinforcement on carbon nano-composites.The main work is as follows:(1) To prepare different quality carbon nanopaper, characterize the morphology, electrical properties of carbon nanopaper. The results showed that the carbon nanofiber dispersed evenly in the nanopaper by the addition of dispersant and ultrasonic dispersion treatment, and there is no agglomeration, with its resistivity less than0.275cm.(2) To design a predetermined shape of carbon nanopaper, prepare nanopaper composite materials by taking the carbon nanopaper as the reinforcement and the epoxy resin as matrix. And characterize by FTIRã€XRDã€DSCã€TGAã€DMA and other equipment, respectively. The results showed that the carbon nanopaper has a certain effect on the glass transition temperature of the epoxy resin. The carbon fiber paper enabled composite material has good thermal stability. However, the dynamic mechanical properties of carbon nanopaper composites begin to decrease at40℃, indicating poor dynamic thermal and mechanical properties of the composites.(3) To analyzes the carbon nanopaper frame by the finite element software ANSYS thermal analysis module. When the porosity of the structure and the width of the carbon nanopaper frame are defined, simulate the thermal conductivity of the different skeleton shape, simulate the thermal conductivity of the carbon nanopaper frame computing model with different skeleton widths and different structural porosity. Provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of nano-composites with better properties by changing the shape of the composite reinforcement. |
