Research On Application Of Security Early Warning Management In Xin’an Coal Mining Company

China is a big country of coal, in2012the national coal production was36.5tons,accounting for the global coal output1/2. China’s energy consumption about2/3fromcoal, the coal industry is the pillar industry of our country. With the increasing amountof coal mining, security issues become particularly important, a major coal mineaccidents occurred frequently, and the underground operation, facing the water, fire,gas, coal dust, roof and other natural disasters, the working environment is special,hidden in the production process of risk due to greater and unsafe factors. Founding60years, all kinds of accidents caused by the safety management in coal mineproduction, and various losses amounted to about500000000000Yuan, coal mineaccidents in China’s annual death toll accounts for more than years of world coal mineaccident death toll to80%, seriously affecting the stable operation of coal mineproduction. All this shows that the grim situation of coal mine production safety andimprove the safety management level of the urgency and necessity.In view of the safe production of Xin’an coal company, to "six-Six" safetyearly-warning management theory as a guide, change "after processing" to "control",promptly eliminate unsafe factors in the production process, prevent the occurrence ofaccidents. The main contents of this paper include:1, the status of safety management in Xin’an coal mining company was analyzed.Through the analysis of the understanding, with the construction of essential safety asthe goal,"people-oriented, security for the day, prevention first" as the safety concept.And put forward the importance of Establishing Coal Mine "six-Six" safetyearly-warning management system.The construction of2, six-six against safety early-warning management system.This article from the "six, six" with two safety pre-control management mode,through the analysis of the system, and introduces the construction process of six-sixagainst safety early-warning management system.Application of3, six-six against the security early-warning management andeffectiveness.
