| With the rapid development of optical industry, the optical products can be found everywhere from the high-tech products in aerospace and military to the mass consumer products such as digital cameras and mobile phones, it promotes not only the rapid development of optical research and processing but also the higher requirements of optical detection in recent years. Optical interference detection which is the most classical method of optical detection is also in the unceasing development.This paper presents a fast online testing system for optical surface based on polarization coherence technology, because the template method in optical workshop has the disadvantages of non-quantitative, easily influenced by subjective factors of testing person and easily damaged because of contact measurement. Firstly, the paper introduces the template method detection and iris recognition and digital wavefront interferometer detection and evaluation index respectively. Secondly, put forward the design of Twyman type polarization coherent testing system for optical surface based on the Twyman-Green interference light path, and then prove it is true by the theoretical derivation and ZEMAX software simulation. Choose the optical components to build the experimental optical path and optical surface of different curvature radius are tested. The experiment obtains the clear, bright and high contrast interference images. Construct the online testing device of system and display the effect diagram of preliminary prototype. Finally, the error of the testing system is analyzed, especially the nonlinear error caused by the accuracy and alignment deviation of polarization components.At the end of the paper, the research work is summarized. Analyze the advantages of the system and somewhere still need to be perfect, and then put forward corresponding improvement ideas. It points out the direction for the follow-up work and put forward the expectation. |
