In this paper, the desert Psammophytes Kalidium foliatum and Halocnemum strobilaceum as the research object, a pot experiment with 1M NaOH and HCL solution deployment in Hoagland nutrient solution, simulate the pH value of 6,7,8 soil conditions; After the processing of a growing season.By measuring the shoot height, thick stems, Fresh and dry weight, water contents, C, N,P,N/P,soluble carbohydra, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mo, etc on growth parameters, Physiological characteristics and Mineral nutrition elements. Kalidium foliatum and Halocnemum strobilaceum on the response characteristics of soil pH.The results showed:(1) The growth index of Kalidium foliatum in different soil pH increases with the change of time are significantly different,Kalidium foliatum promoted the shoot height, thick stems, shoot fresh weight growth of these indicators in Neutral and alkaline soil; but the underground fresh and dry weight and under water content in Neutral and alkaline soil inhibited effect. (2) Neutral and alkaline soil on Physiological Indexes of Kalidium foliatum played the inhibition effect.Kalidium foliatum phosphorus content percentage decreases with the increase of stress level; and the content of soluble carbohydra was increased with the increasing degree of soil PH the increasing. (3) Effect of soil PH of inorganic ion accumulation in the Kalidium foliatum:Kalidium foliatum under soil PH on the changes of K+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Mn2+ was not significant; Ca+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Mo6+ decreased with the increase of stress level. (4) soil PH significantly affected Halocnemum strobilaceum thick stems, fresh weight and dry weight of ground, underground dry and fresh weight and water content, Halocnemum strobilaceum under in Neutral and alkaline soil promoted the fresh weight and dry weight of ground and underground dry and fresh weight growth; inhibition of the growth of thick stems and moisture absorption. (5) Soil pH for Halocnemum strobilaceum has significant influence on the physiological characteristics:percentage of phosphorus content and soluble carbohydra decreased with the increase of soil pH; the content of nitrogen and phosphorus utilization rate was positively related to the degree of soil pH; and according to the N/P can analysis indicates that the growth rate of Halocnemum strobilaceum was restrained. (6) soil pH also affected the inorganic ion accumulation in the Halocnemum strobilaceum: effects of Halocnemum strobilaceum undersoil pH on K+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Mo6+ uptake was not significant; while Ca2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Mn2+ decreased with the increase of soil pH. (7) Halocnemum strobilaceum and Kalidium foliatum has a certain ability to adapt soil pH, but the Kalidium foliatum has stronger resistance ability than Halocnemum strobilaceum.
