Rehabilitation and reconstruction of vegetation and soil in sandyregions, maintain and create a good ecological system in sandy regions, isthe core part and the ultimate goal of the prevention and control ofdesertification work. Based on this, this paper laid the sandbag sand barrierdunes as the research object, with modern vegetation ecology andrestoration ecology theory as the instruction, through field investigation andindoor analysis method, we conducted a comprehensive observation aboutthe vegetation recovery and soil restoration of sandbag sand barrier tocontrol mobile sand dune. And we study the sand barrier on vegetation andsoil restoration effect and mechanism of action from multiple angles. Drawsthe following conclusions:(1) The amount of vegetation coverage and biological setting sandbarrier dunes are increased, diamond sand barrier,1m×1m sand barrier and2m×2m sand barrier dune vegetation coverage reached18.13%,37.45%and34.18%,biomass reached42.47g/square meters,324.19g/square metersand282.92g/square meters,the two data were significantly higher than thebare sand dune5.16%and9.66g/㎡. At the same time, vegetation coverageand biomass in the sand barrier dune differences were also found in differentparts,1m×1m sand barrier and2m×2m sand barrier performance for thewindward slope> middle> upper part, the windward side of diamondbarrier performance for upper and middle were similar but smaller than thelower.(2) Composition characteristics, the sand barrier plant communitystudy on species diversity and similarity of the results show that: As the sandbarrier setting, the species composition of sand barrier community, Lifeform composition and species composition compared to bare sand dunes arecomplicated and diversified, and different specifications of barriers anddunes varies among different parts; community species diversity indices andevenness indices were also significantly increased,and the differences existin different parts of barrier dunes; The soil seed bank of bare sand dunes andbag sand barrier dunes similarity coefficient are small, the similarity coefficient between1m×1m sand barrier and2m×2m sand barrier aremaximum, the different part of sand dune similarity also exists difference,adjacent parts of the community has high similarity.(3) Research on the impact of sandbag sand barrier on soil seed bankshowed that: Set the bag sand barrier in the sand dunes for the soil seed bankhas obvious effect of recovery, soil seed bank species, branch structure, thestructure of life style tends to be complicated and diversified, the seeddensity also increased; The index of the soil seed bank species diversity andevenness were3kinds of bag sand barrier and were higher than those in thebare sand dunes; The similarity analysis of different types of sand dunes inthe soil seed bank, comparison between bare sand dunes and bag sandbarrier dunes similarity coefficient is small,the maximum similaritycoefficient between1m×1m sand barrier and2m×2m sand barrier is0.909;the similarity coefficient between soil seed bank and abovegroundvegetation,3types of sand barrier is about0.7, In a very high degree ofsimilarity; The number of species, branch structure, diversity index indifferent parts of sand dunes are different.(4) As the sand barrier setting, the physicochemical properties of soilhave been gradually improved, performance:3kinds of sand barriermechanical silt and clay composition and very fine sand content weresignificantly increased than bare sand dunes, and medium sand and coarsesand percent content is bare sand dune decreased obviously, and the mediumsand and coarse sand percent content has obvious surface phenomenon; Soilbulk density, soil bare sand dune0-5cm maximum,5-10cm,10-20cm layerof various types of dunes had little difference, in the20-40cm soil layer1m×1m sand barrier and2m×2m sand barrier plant soil bulk density of rootsdue to relatively small; The variation of soil moisture in the0-5cm soil layeris,3kinds of sand barrier dunes than bare sand dune with a high watercontent, but1m×1m sand barrier and2m×2msand barrier in5-10cm and20-40cm soil layer, due to capillary action and plant water consumption, themoisture content is small; Sand barrier specifications, setting position andsynergy of the two, have a profound impact on the vertical distribution ofsoil surface hardness, hardness distribution inside the barrier; Set up sandbarrier, there were no significant differences in different types of sand dunesin the pH value for different soil layers and different parts of the differentlayers of sand dunes;3types of sand barrier increased significantly effect on soil organic matter content,0-5cm layer is the most obvious increase, thechange of1m×1m sand barrier and2m×2m sand barrier presented withincrease of soil depth decreased first and then increased, fold point at10-20cm; Mechanical composition, soil water content and soil physical andchemical properties are significantly different in different parts of sanddunes.
