Marine microalgae play an important role in the marine energy transfer and materialcirculation, which as the primary producers and the mineral enrichmenter. Microalgae area well-known source for products of commercial interest, such as proteins, fatty acids, vitamins or pigments. They also produce a wide variety of secondary metabolites withdifferent bioactivities (antifungal, antiviral, antitumor and other), which are of potentialpharmaceutical interest and food products interest.Nannochloropsis salina, original green algae of the genus, eyespots, four cell algae, glue algae. It is full of high-quality nutritional components such as unsaturated fatty acidsthat has wide range of applications of marine products. Therefore, the active compoundsof different polar from Nannochloropsis salina were extracted by95%ethanol, petroleumether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and separated to trace the antioxidant and antibacterialactivities of crude extracted material. The more active parts were further purifiedaccording to the results of bioactivity determination. The main experiment results were asfollows:(1) The crude extract is187.9,which are extracted with different polarity organicsolvent such as petroleum ether, ethyl acetate,n-butanol. The PE fraction, EA fraction, BAfraction, AQ fraction, which respectively is74.7g,44.9g,36.5g,11.8g.(2) According to the results of crude extractings antibacterial activity screening. PEfraction and BA fraction in the concentration of1~5mg/mL, which order of bacteriostaticeffect were Pseudomonas aeruginosa> Monilia albican> Escherichia coli>Staphylococcus aureus. EA fraction in the concentration of0.5~2.5mg/mL, which orderof bacteriostatic effect were Escherichia coli> Monilia albican> Pseudomonasaeruginosa> Staphylococcus aureus. AQ fraction in the concentration of1~5mg/mL,which order of bacteriostatic effect were Escherichia coli> Staphylococcus aureus>Pseudomonas aeruginosa.(3) According to the results of antioxidant testing,The DPPH free radical clearance rate of crude extract,PE fraction,EA fraction,BA fraction,AQ fraction respectivelyis1.85mg/mL,2.44mg/mL,0.51mg/mL,3.83mg/mL,2.96mg/mL, which shows thatantioxidant activity of EA fraction is highest, then were further separated.(4) Further purification of components of PE:Component PEⅠ,PEⅡ,PEⅢ,PEⅣ,PEⅤwere obtained from PE fraction by column chromatography on silica gel. TheDPPH free radical clearance rate of PEⅢ-5is82.2%which among the highest in whole.PEⅢ-5-1was got from PEⅢ by Thin-Layer chromatography (TLC) which belong tochlorophyll compounds according to the mass spectrum detection(GC-MS). in addition, component PEⅤ-1, PEⅤ-2were got from PEⅤ.(5) Further purification of components of EA:Component EAⅠ,EAⅡ,EAⅢ,EAⅣwere obtained from EA fraction by column chromatography on silica gel. The DPPHfree radical clearance rate of EAⅡwas89.1%which higer than EAⅠ、EAⅢ and EAⅣ.In the meantime, EA Ⅱ has the obvious bacteriostatic effect in Escherichiacoli>Staphylococcus aureus>Pseudomonas aeruginosa> Monilia albican. Therefore, it isEAⅡ which has the strongest antibacterial、antioxidant activity.(6) Further purification of components of EA Ⅱ:8compounds were got fromEAⅡ fraction. EAⅡ-3-1-1was got from EAⅡ-3-1through thin layerchromatography(TLC), which with the purity88.93%by liquid chromatography detectionand nuclear magnetic identification showed that EAⅡ-3-1-1was Di-n-butylortho-phthalate(DBP)...
