The Study Of The Financial Control System In The Group Company

The enterprise group has functioned as the drive and booster to the development of social economy and represents more significant force in the national economic growth. At the mean time, the lack of internal financial control management has become a strong hurdle that impedes the development of the enterprise group. So this thesis selects the financial control of the enterprise group as the research subject. The main problem of the thesis is to discuses how to construct and perfect the financial control system by using the finance company and how to strengthen the group's financial control.This thesis has five chapters.The background and method of research and the framework of this thesis are introduced in chapter 1.The second chapter expounds on the development and function of the finance company of enterprise groups, and explain the problems in the development of finance company.
