A General Study On Feasibility Of Regional Economy's Cooperation Between Xinjiang And Kazakhstan

On the ground of the economical globalization and the regional economy collectivization, nowadays, the regional economic cooperation between China and the central Asian, an ancient and new issue, is arousing all quarters'interesting around the world. The article selects the regional economic cooperation between Xinjiang and Kazakhstan as the object. Through the contrast of social background, the cooperation conditions as well as the feasible domains of cooperation in both sides, the article think that their society background is similar, the regions is abut, the culture is interlinked, and has good political and economic cooperation platform, and they have strong complementarity in many economical domains. Therefore, the regional economic cooperation is practical and feasible.The article has mainly analyzed the social background and the economic cooperation conditions between Xinjiang and Kazakhstan. On the one hand, the similar social background may provide platform of information transmission and the exchange for the economic cooperation. on the other hand, the differentiations of social background may stimulate the unique economical production, and create conditions for economy exchange. In economic cooperation conditions aspect, the regional adjacency, the communication of politics economy and culture are realistic foundation of cooperation, the complementarity of economic structure is the power of cooperation's development. Our country should mainly develop energy domain cooperation with Kazakhstan to draw development of correlation industry in Xinjiang, and alleviate the energy question of our country. Finally, in view of the realistic question in feasible domain of economic cooperation, the article put forward the countermeasure proposal.
