After we stepped into the 21 century, as a new industry of modern substance circulation industry, express logistics, superior in its speed, experienced a booster at the rate of 30% every year in China. It has become the general trend of our modern substance circulation, and has become a new motivation towards the fast development of our market economy. The management circumstances of our courier service corporation have witnessed an enormous change under the system reform of our substance circulation industry and the influence of China's entry of WTO. There is a fierce competition among the post courier service market both at home and abroad. How to survive and top this fierce competition becomes a crucial problem faced by every courier service corporation. As a powerful state-owned corporation, Changsha post courier service corporation has to create the production competition tactic, and choose the corresponding executive tactic rationally, winning the competition with product, so as to succeed the economic war. Thus, in the current stage of the development of our market economy, to ensure a sound and steady development of corporation, it is of important academic and practical meaning to carry out a research about the competitive tactic for Changsha post courier service corporation .This article includes four chapters:Chapter one: introduction. Starting from the competitive theory and the current phenomenon, through the trends of this theory both at home and abroad, it exhibits the scope and method of the research as well as the main innovative point.Chapter two: the analysis on the competition situation of Changsha post courier service corporation. It analysis the situation and management condition as well as the advantage and disadvantage of courier service, which naturally made a foundation for Changsha post courier service corporation.Chapter three: the choice and executive of the competitive tactic for Changsha post courier service corporation. Through a sound discussion about the choice on the competitive tactic in this company, with the combination of the current situation of the corporation's development, it advocates that the core strategy is the differentiation , the priority of costs and technology. It offers three systems from the field of product, price and substance circulation.Chapter four: the guarantee measurement for the executive of competitive tacticin Changsha post courier service corporation. On the basis of the feasibility of this tactic, the author brings forward this guarantee measurement.Taking the particularity of the competitive tactic into consideration, this article combines theory with demonstrations, historic analysis with reality, it compares the practice carried out both at home and abroad.
