Research And Implementation Of Electronic Contract System Based On SaaS

With the development of information technology, network transactions have become more and more popular, which has become an unstoppable trend and has been increasingly widespread application trend in modern society. In the network transactions, electronic contract is a key component and the basis of mutual trust. An efficient, reliable, secure electronic contract system is the basic prerequisite for the smooth transaction and impacts the development of network transactions directly.This dissertation is based on electronic authentication, responsibility identification and authorization management which is the sub-themes of project "Research on Electronic Authentication Services" of 11th Five-year's National Key Technology R&D Program. It relies on the project "self-service integration of information security operations common technology research and development" and an electronic contract system based on SaaS has been researched and designed. The system takes an advanced design concepts SaaS, in which the application of electronic contract performances as a service, easily been deployed and integrated. It can form a large-scale economic benefit.The implementation of electronic contract system based SaaS is proposed on the basic of research of SaaS architecture, electronic authentication technologies and authorization management technologies. This system is a multi-tenant system, and tenants can flexibly customize the application.The normal businesses processes of the electronic contract system have been implemented, including creating contracts, modifying contracts, signing contracts, suspending contracts, activation of contracts,renewing contracts, terminating contracts and querying contracts and so on. In order to ensure the security of the system, the system also provides identity authentication services, Privilege Management services and responsibilities identification services, in addition to the metadata service,e-mail reminder services,and document management services. As architecture based SaaS to support multi-tenant, this dissertation also discussed the configuration of the system. It really realized the meaning of service-oriented application of electronic contracts.
