This research analyzes two types of teams'communication satisfaction and efficiency, one is face-to-face team, and one is computer-mediated communication team. This research's theoretical principle are organization communication theory, Media Richness Theory, theory about the individualism and collectivism culture values ,theory about the problem-solving team and theory about team communication satisfaction. The innovation of this research is considering cultural value inclination of team members when it explores the influence of media use to the communication satisfaction and efficiency of team work in the experience, which can enrich the theory of media selection of team communication through adding culture variable.This research adopts experiment law, the independent variable are communication media and the individualism and collectivism culture value inclination, and the dependent variable are communization satisfaction and communization efficiency. Using statistical analysis tools of SPSS with version 11.0, this research tests eight research hypothesizes with non-parametric test and comparison of typical value, and the final analysis results partly verify the research hypothesises. The research results are that in problem-solving team's communication process, when considering culture value inclination, theoretical research achievement about Media Richness Theory cannot all be true when it involves the team members with individualism value inclination, their communization satisfaction has no positive correlation with media's richness, and their communication efficiency even has negative correlation with it. As a stimulating factor, medium factor can have strong effects on communication efficiency of team members with different culture value inclination. In face to face team, medium factor has positive stimulation to teams with collectivism value inclination,which can increase communication efficiency, while in computer-mediated communication team, medium factor has positive stimulation to teams with individualism value inclination., which can increase communication efficiency. In addition, as an stimulating factor, medium factor nearly has no effects on communication satisfaction, while in face to face team, medium factor has positive stimulation to teams with collectivism value inclination, which can increase communication satisfaction.The value of this research is it can improve the theory of media selection of team communication, emphasizing effects of team members'culture value inclination to team's communication. This breakthrough in theory can provide precious reference to the practice of team's communication performance, especially problem-solving team in organization.
