Comparative Research On The Journalism Education Of China And The United States

The world's journalism education started from the United States. Chinese journalism education was affected by the United States in its emergence and development process. Even today,it still being affected to some extent. Journalism education involves many factors. This thesis studied the emergence and development process of China and the United States from the angles of training purpose,cultivating mode,education content, the course system and teaching methods, analyzed and summarised the law of their development and mutual influence, and purforward some reform proposals, so that improve the journalism education and make it play the guiding role better to the journalism of China.This thesis consists of four parts.In the introduction,mainly accounted the topic purpose,basic materials,research details and research methods. In the first chapter, briefly introduced the overview of the journalism education. In the second chapter, analyzed the emergence and development process of the United States and its influence on the journalism education of China. In the third chapter, purforward some reform proposals based on the analysis of the journalism education, the exsisting promlems, development trend of China since the reform and opening up.
