Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is made up of a large numbers of wireless sensor nodes which are small, cheap and having wileless communications abilities and monitor abilities. With the rapid development of microelectronics technology, computer technology and wireless communication technology, WSN could be widely applied in fields of military, business and environmental monitoring. However, the opening of information intermedium and the abominable environment of sensor nodes threaten the security of WSN, and badly restrict its appling.Routing and topological are important aspects of WSN's communication. Therefore, establishing effective routing security evaluation models, advancing safety of routing and topological, controlling risks will be more important in future research. Security evaluation of WSN is significant. On one hand, effective evaluation rules and detection method of network attacks could enhance WSN's survival ability, and then advance its ability of resisting attacks in multiple environments. On the other hand, when WSN resist venomous attacks from enemies, technology of routing attacks evaluation could provide appropriate reply methods for net counterattacks. How to establish an evaluation model which is true and effective is important to research.In this paper, we will establish routing security evaluation models based on routing attack effect and based on credit standing, and we will evaluat WSN's security. In the end, model simulation shows that it is effective. The main contributions of my dissertation include:(1) Aim at resolving the deficiency of security evaluation models in existence, we bring forward security evaluation model based on attack effect. We get "networks security entropy" based on the security change after routing attacks. Then we choose safety evaluation index which could reflect network's security truly and predigest it to get the calculation method of network security entropy. Probability method is applied to ascertain security degree of nodes and unit security index. We can get attack effect from the model and evaluate routing security, thus advance the ability of WSN's security evaluation.(2) Considering the reputation of nodes, we establish the reputation model. We assort nodes by the abnormity degree of data and establish the reputation function, then we can discribe the node's degree of trust by the value of trustiness, untrusiness and expection. The reputation of route is established through the transmission and iteration of reputation. Instance analysis shows that the selection of the high reputation route can effectively prevent malicious node joinging to nentwork and improve the network security.(3) Aiming at the attack behavior, the security quantitative evaluation model of topology based on stochastic process is designed to analyse the safety performance of the topology. This model avoids the modeling description complexity for different threats. We simplify the model design. Using DTMC technology to solve the safety index and get two topology safty properties, such as topology confidentiality and MTTS.(4) The route and topology is simulated in the TinyOS simulation platform and the transmission path from the source node to the destination node is built. Do simulation to the attacks and output the necessary statistical data. The statistical data will be evaluated by MATLAB to get the change of the network security performance before and after the attacks. And do the comparison with the existing security evaluation models. The result indicates that the security evaluation model proposed in this paper is availability.
