A Client/Server Based Approach To The Distributed Acquisition Technique Of Electronic Medical Record

After nearly two decades of development, the application of information systems in China's medical institutions has made rapid development. Medical information systems to all levels of extent have been built in many places around the country in order to achieve the digital management of medical information. However, because the main function of our health care system is to provide medical services to all its functions are inseparable from the treatment of the patient medical record information. Therefore, electronic medical records has become the core of medical information systems, hospital information construction is the top priority.In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of electronic medical records and combining them with client/server software architecture designed a comprehensive electronic medical records information management system. The system will support electronic medical records information collection, storage, processing, transmission and performance. Meet the medical records of patient medical information, automation of unified management.This paper described the current situation in the management of various types of medical records in health care institutions and their problems put forward the necessity in the use of electronic medical records to replace paper-based medical records. And in accordance with the characteristics of the existing health care system proposed to build a comprehensive electronic medical records system to improve the medical institutions of various medical information management efficiency, reduce management costs, reduced waste of resources.Secondly, in order to reduce the influences of the heterogeneity in the structure of health information system and the internal data processing format and to achieve a more favorable exchange of information, this thesis analyzed various methods of how different systems (PACS, LIS and cardiographic information system) collect relevant medical record information on their behalf, discussed the various systems of client/ server mode, HL7 standards combined with medical information exchange agreement, designed based on HL7 standard protocol for medical information exchange centers in order to achieve efficient exchange between the various systems medical records in line with international industry standards information. In addition, the article also discusses the application of XML technology to achieve the kinds of electronic medical record information within the system integration and integration feasibility.Through this study, we have the medical records of the management of medical institutions to provide an effective solution, designed a universal electronic medical records system. It is to expedite the construction of hospital information to meet the health care reform for the construction of "people first" in the demand for medical services played a role in promoting.
