With the coming information age and the forming of a global market, collaboration among enterprises is closer and closer. Virtual enterprises are constantly emerging. Collaborative project management has become an effective method of project management of all kinds of enterprises. At the same time, collaborative project management has also become the current research focus. The target of cooperative project management is monitor, coordinate and control the implementation process of project, make it accord with the internal established convention of enterprises or corporate alliance, and satisfy the requirement of schedule, quality and cost. On different cycles, different size, different priority and even different domain knowledge of various projects, project management model and project business deal flow of different enterprises may be different, which makes enterprise or enterprise alliance demanding to reconfigurability of cooperative project management. The reconfigurability of cooperative project management provided a good solution for the differences between enterprises inner corporate alliance, the differences of project process in respective enterprise, the continuous improvement of project process model in enterprise. The main content of this paper includes the following:Firstly, analysis of CPMS under B/S model, combination of computer collaborative technology and collaborative work model, according to the characteristics of CPMS platform, the architecture of CPMS has been brought up. The development model of component which based on component interface has been established.Secondly, according to the main fuction of CPMS, using of software reuse and component technology, devided reasonably CPMS into components, and organized and classified it. The component retrieval algorithm based on facet description tree has been brought up, and given an example of verification for this algorithm.Thirdly, the reconfigurability of CPMS mainly reflected by component-based division of each subsystem and flexible assembly according to demands. This article mainly has the deep research on component's division and assembly of the process and scheme management subsystem, and established the CPMS development model based on component assembly. The connector has been designed which necessary for connection between component.Lastly, according to the research on the theory above, a reconfigurable and cooperative project management prototype system based on B/S structure was implemented through the component-oriented development process.
