With the development of network and image technology, the traditional image teaching mode could not meet the requirements of modern image teaching effectively, and the network image teaching mode is becoming a new hot spot for the research of modern image teaching. The modern medical image teaching, which is out of the constraint of classrooms, books, and traditional images database, is now developing directly to digitization and networking, resulting in the method changing of acquisition, storage and application of teaching resources of medical image and the appearance of medical image teaching system based on network. However, the exist network medical image teaching have the situation of lacking of teaching data, difficulty to obtain clinical data, as well as the data transmission from the clinic source to the teaching system being inefficient, so the image teaching system is difficulty in data management, and have to do lots of works in data acquisition, which is not conducive to the development of network image teaching, hinders the process of modernization of medical image teaching methods.In order to solve the problem referred above, the author designs a synchronous medical image teaching system based on clinical data source. It resolvs the problem of synchronous data transmission from the clinical data sources to the image teaching system, improved the utilization of clinical data sources. Experiments show that this system can access medical image datas suitable for teaching quickly, transport to the image teaching system timely and automatically, and can do some data processing, making the clinical data sources into image teaching data according to some functional requirements. And the data storage structure of the image teaching system corresponds with the habit of image teaching, meets the image teaching needs, provides a good and modern teaching method of image teaching and practice for students who major in medical images and clinical students, expands the space of medical image teaching, and achieved good results.In this paper, there are three respects for the research of the construction of synchronous medical image teaching system based of clinical data source, namely, the design of storage structure, the acquisition of teaching data and the implementation, of image teaching system.The design of storage structure includes the design of text data stored in the database and documents stored in the server. For the design of text data stored in the database, it is about the design of image teaching database, and the design of documents stored in the server required to design the storage address of the document. The design for the image teaching database requires to analysis of the characteristics of the storage structure of the clinical database and the image teaching system, as well as the function needs of the image teaching system. In this paper, taking the general diagnostic teaching and spot teaching as the example, introduces the design method. The design of documents stored in the server uses the 4 grade storage path to ensures the unique of the file storage path.The data acquisition of medical image teaching system consists of three aspects, data acquisition, data processing and data transmission. Data acquisition through the collaborative search of HIS, PACS, RIS finds out the cases which are typical, meeting the requirements, rare and special then adds to favorites, for the image teaching. Data processing is to classify, process the acquisited image data to meet the requirement of image teaching. In this paper, takeing the data processing of patient privacy information and the data processing of spot teaching as the example for discussion.Data transmission realizes the synchronous transmission from the clinic server to the image teaching server. In this paper, the hospital network and Internet connectivity is not premised on the image teaching data transmission. Since the hospital network and the internet does not have direct access, data transmission between the hospital network and the internet is to set up a transit server, and set up a physical isolation gateway in the transit server. As long as the physical isolation gateway maintains a one-way application, it can realize a one-way, time to time, and automatic data transmission from the hospital network to the internet, which ensures the efficiency of data transmission, avoiding the attack possible from the Internet through the transit server to the hospital server caused by hackers or virus attacks so to ensure the safety of the hospital network.By the research of medical imaging teaching systems on the basis of clinical data sources, I constructed and implement the teaching demonstration center of digital simulation of medical imaging in Guangdong Province .This paper introduces the basic function of the teaching demonstration center, and summes up the advantages of synchronous medical imaging teaching systems on the basis of clinical data source in clinical and teaching. Achieving a synchronous, time to time, automaticly data acquisition and transmission of image teaching, and improving the utilization of clinical data sources, making the image teaching data dynamically updated. During the using, we find the system is not perfect, the speed of data acquisition and transmission need to be strengthened, and the technology of data processing to improved and so on.Described in this article on construction of medical image teaching system based on clinical data source has three innovation:1,Propose a synchronous data acquisition method of medical imaging teaching, realize the timely, automatic, quick data acquisition and transmission from the clinical data source to the image teaching server;2,Propose a method which use a large number of clinical data source as the image teaching data source, develop and utilize the idle image resources of the clinical data source, increased the utilization of clinical data sources;3,Explore and research on the application of the PACS system in image teaching, and expand the application scope of PACS systems.
