With the rapid development of the power technology, a large number of new equipment being put into use in substation, and the universal of computer application technology, good running and operating power system which put forward more requirements to staff. Over the years we have been insisting in taking technical training for staff as focus in educational training in relay protection system, to be ensure staff take effective training, make them master and operate these devices skillfully. But the traditional training system has some drawbacks, this paper take research and development for skills training to eliminate drawbacks of relay protection.The article introduce the subject of the background and significance and principle and objectives of training system design; Make a description of technology involved in this system; Introduce the whole structure of system as well as various functional modules; Describe the design procedure of system; Finally, illustrate the application of system.
