In recent years,the competition between enterprises increasingly focuses on the resources of customers,customers become critical factors of success and sources of profit.So,Customer Relationship Management that can provide an overall management of customer relationship and provide some related analysis function becomes the focus of enterprises.Along with the intensification of market competition,how to keep old clients and develop new clients is a new problem that enterprises faced.And it is also a critical problem CRM faced.Meanwhile,the application of data mining in CRM as a heated topic,in recent year,has attracted extensive concern from many scholars and practitioners.CRM system is an important tool of the enterprises to understand customers and seize the market,and data mining can reveal the unknown knowledge and hidden rules from the large amount of customer data.Data mining is a powerful tool for exploring the useful knowledge from a large amount data,and it is one of key techniques to carry out the CRM.This paper researches on the application of data mining in analytical custom relationship management,in order to the analysis and decision function in CRM.This article firstly introduced some basic theories related to CRM and data mining technology,as well as the application of data mining technology in CRM. Then,we mainly discuss three classic Data mining technology.Finally,this article integrates the data mining model to the development and design of CRM system, which is in the foundation of data mining technology.This system has the basic function of operation CRM,and also has some function of analytical CRM system, such as custom value analysis,customer outflow analysis.Comparing with some large-scale,universal data mining software,the analytical CRM system based on data mining designed by the paper is easily operated,quite direct-viewing in the surface demonstration,which is also an attempt of CRM software development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
