The piezoelectric Polyvinylidene Fluoride,PVDF,is a new high polymer sensitive material.PVDF film can be selected as the sensor element because of its low density,flexibility,good body compatibility,slim size,low cost and the ability of being integrated into sensor system.So its effects of mechanics behavior of the measured object appear to be negligible.The research on sensor made of PVDF film is a Hotpoint in the world since it's discovered.Now,the researchers worldwide have developed all kinds of PVDF film sensors to meet with the needs in various fields.In this paper,based on the studies of some kinds of piezoelectric sensors structure and the piezoelectric characters of PVDF film,the theory of the vibrating acceleration sensor with the overhanging beam structure is investigated.And the theory of the pre-amplifier circuit of PVDF sensor is analyzed.Then the circuit,the sensor and the whole experiment have been designed and implemented.Through calibrating the acceleration sensor system and analysis of the system dynamic properties using experimental and emulation techniques,the results show that the sensor system have good frequency and high sensitivity and the system can meet the need to measure the dynamic properties of the plate pattern.Modal analysis technology is the most important means to obtain structure dynamic properties.Together with finite element analysis(FEA),they have become the two backbones of structure dynamics study.Dynamic properties(including natural frequency,vibration model shape and damping ratio etc) are gained by modal analysis.According to these dynamic properties,optimal design,trouble shooting reliability analysis and estimate can be reached.In this paper,the modal experiment of the printed circuit board assembly(PCBA) pattern is performed and investigated using the PVDF film sensor,the natural frequency and modal shape in the different fixation methods are gained.The finite element model is carried out by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS/CAE,and the multistage natural frequency and modal vibration shape of PCBA by different fixation means are obtained.Then the modal property of PCBA is analyzed through compared with the result of the experiment modal analysis.Finally,through analyzing the data of PCBA modal experiments,some universal anti-vibration design nile and advice are presented.The PVDF film sensor is feasible to test the experiment modal of the PCBA,the finite element modeling analysis method is reasonable,the fixation methods of PCBA and the distributing position of IC affect the modal parameters greatly,the method of finite element modeling analysis provides theoretical support for the distributed optimization design and the vibration reliability research of PCBA.
