The ERP System Research Based On SaaS Model

At present,with the increasing market competition,more and more enterprises recognize the importance to advance management with modern information means. Now the enterprise management is realized by the ERP system,which has a several characteristics including an amount of data,a large number of users,the complexity of business logic,the complex and various business process etc.So the ERP system to be developed needs in steady,opened,extendable architecture.At the same time, small and medium enterprises are limited by financial resources,inadequate investment in management technology,and lack of IT technical staff,which results in the traditional model of software sales as product in excess of the capacity of small and medium enterprises.In response to these limitations,this paper posted developing ERP system under the SaaS model,which supported to design Multi-Tenant,high performance,easy to expand research and development scheme of ERP software,and helped medium and small enterprises realize the "that is used,and that is on-demand" information by low-cost,low jumping-off point.Firstly,by introducing the related theories of the ERP system and the SaaS model about the basic concept,the relevant characteristics and the current state of development,this paper posted the theme,the ERP system research on SaaS model, and expressed the necessity and significance about its research and development.And then,after analyzing the J2EE platform architecture and MVC pattern,this paper constructed the application framework based on the Spring framework primarily,and Hibernate as an assistant.The application framework inherited the advantage of J2EE platform and MVC pattern,including the normative framework,the clear system layers,supporting across platform implements,excellent compatibility etc.At the same time,it imported the IoC(Inversion of Control) technique to reduce the coupling among function models,and integrate the Hibernate to predigest the O/R mapping operation greatly.Thereafter,based on this application framework,the paper combined the SaaS applications characteristics which are expandability,Multi-Tenant, configurable,and discussed the relevant design scheme in techniche realization, respectively from data layer,the logical business layer,Web design layer.In the end, the paper analyzed the ERP system functions,and took inventory management system as an example to detail the system implementation,and demonstrated the corresponding system interface.The ERP system research based on the SaaS model,which is practical signigicance to improve the functions of ERP software,provide a practical implementation of the ERP program for the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises,enhance its core competitiveness,and is helpful to promote the building of information technology on the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.
