With the rapidly changing market environment and increasing competition, business operations support systems for telecom operator enterprises have become the focus of competition. To enhance market competitiveness, telecom operators have increased year by year in the business operations of the investment system. In addition, the popularity of the Internet enables service providers to reconsider the integration of existing network resources and innovative business model, improving the quality of services, such as the key link with a view to achieving rapid returns. Therefore, the domestic companies as a provincial-level operator in order to meet market demand, the existing business of operating system upgrade, I in this project is mainly responsible for these value-added services subsystem design.In order to seek new profit models, telecommunications operators will be turning to the enormous potential for data services market. In the data business market, there is Internet access providers, Internet content providers, Internet application service providers and end users, and many other participants; they have their own advantages in resources.
