Design And Implementation Of The University Students' Comprehensive Assessment System

As the information technology developing, most works of our society are making great progress with the computer system help. The management of grade in school also avoids the traditional method. The destination of developing student comprehensive assessment system is to use computer technology to manage and search students' comprehensive assessment grade. The Student Comprehensive Assessment System(SCAS) for college students is an important part of student management; student management is the foundation for the maintenance of student data. With college students and the management of the development, maintenance and management of student data become exceptionally heavy. In calculating student test results, it is also urgent need for a comprehensive analysis system. In this paper, the research is to meet the information management needs of modern college students. can be achieved not only convenient and efficient data management and maintenance, able to adjust teaching ideas and student employment for the necessary guidance.With the development of Internet technology, the model of the construction of information management system gradually turns from the former C/S (Client / Server) model to the B/S (browser / server) model, the student's Comprehensive Assessment System is a typical Web-based application. Technically, with the TCP/IP protocol and Web services, it mainly uses ASP.NET technology, SQL SEVER2005 database and B/S model. The basic functional modules include: the system maintenance module, the data entry of student information module, compute data of students performances module, data backup and recorded module, and the data query and print output module. The compute data of students performances module and the data query and print output module are the key modules of the system.This paper describes the basic structure and design of SCAS. The needs analysis and functional analysis of the information of students, data security and student grade are made based on the actual needs. Based on the needs analysis and functional analysis, the entire management system in the framework of the structure and function of the module are designed. The process design and interface design for several modules are also given. Finally, this paper describes the realization of the program.The practical value of the system is for students to use the computer instead of the original Comprehensive Assessment Management artificial management, save a lot of manpower, material resources, and is easy to operate, can be more convenient for students to manage data and calculation results. The system developed in this paper has been used in Shandong Economics University for student comprehensive assessment, the efficiency of the management there is greatly increased.SCAS can be used for reference for any kind of colleges. Next, we will pay attention to data mining to get more deeply and effective information, then we can do better on management of college student.
