The rapid development of information technology, computer technology, especially the database technology is providing us the possibility to access the database with more speed, with more convenience and with less cost. Such a WEB database under the three-level architecture of B/S (Browser/Server) meets the requirement of our access the database at any place at any time. But with the consideration of cost and easy administration, the database management systems in the Internet, even in the LAN network, are not always the same. Neither are the accessing technologies. An application model based on the technology of mid-ware under the multi-level architecture of B/S is put forward, which not only integrates the resources of the WEB databases, but also realize the transparent access to databases.Data mining is the process of obtaining new, effective knowledge from plenty of data. The association rule of the data mining technologies is to explore the relevance among data items which are stored in databases. It is often used in the analysis of binary data. It lacks of flexibility in dealing with numerical data. Thus, this article aims at classifying the numerical data with the help of midpoint fuzzy membership function which is brought up by Fu and other researchers and mining such rules that satisfies the user's definition with the help of the Aproiri arithmetic and the two factors of significance and certainty produced by Kuok and other researchers.In order to make students graduate in proper sequence, the universities or colleges usually formulate some rules to decide the sequence of the courses being set up, that is, which courses should be set up earlier than others. Such sequence is usually formulated by the teachers of their departments based on the relevance among courses, but the relevant degree is not known. Thus, we look into the relationship between the courses which are set up earlier and those which are set up later. This article analyzes the academic achievements of the students of the Department of Criminal Detecting Technologies, Shandong Police College and tries to find out the relevance of the courses set up in order to provide suggestion to the students while they are deciding to select which courses to study first, and to the departments before they formulate or revise the rules of setting up courses.The main work of this paper is that it provides a designing model of a multi-level architecture of B/S based on the database mid-ware, that it tells us how to mine fuzzy association rules of numerical data, and that it gives us the statement of the model of the students' academic achievements analysis system based on the rules of fuzzy association under the multi-level architecture of B/S and its arithmetic process, etc.
