| Combustible gas alarm is a kind of essential production safety device used in industrial and mining enterprises, public security and environmental protection and other areas. In order to detecte the combustible gas automatically, accurately and continuously in industrial production scene online, a design of combustible gas alarm system based on industrial Ethernet is introduced in the paper. The combustible gas alarm system is able to emit the alarm singal according to the combustible gas concentration of long-distance industrial production scene and send the massage to upper monitor by Ethernet Interface. Based on the overall analysis, the paper designs the hardware and software of the alarm system. The following tasks are carried out in this research:1. Design of Hardware: The design of moicroprocessor control module, signal acquisition module and Ethernet Interface module is introduced in the paper. The high-performance microprocessor LPC2214 is used as the main chip of microprocessor control module, the signal acquisition module is made up of precision instrument amplifier AD623, and the Ethernet Interface Module is made up of ethernet controller RTL8019AS and other circuits.2. Design of software: Realinfo Configuration software is used as software development platform to make full use of drivers and software sources, which realizes the design of combustible gas alarm system based on industrial Ethernet. A good user interface is provided in the paper. TCP/IP protocol is used as the communication protocol which realizes long-distance data transmission.3. The combustible gas alarm system is debugged; the main error sources of the alarm system are analyzed.In this paper, the combustible gas alarm system is real-time, has high data accuracy and low cost, fulfils the design requirement, realizes the detection for combustible gas automatically, accurately and continuously in industrial production scene online. |
