Research On Uyghur,Chinese Multilingual Rural Information System And Its Implementation

Rural information is the tendency currently. It is the important aspects of national economic and social information. Rural information is not only an urgent task but also the important method to establish new village. Compared with other provinces in China, Xinjiang has its own unique characteristics for example multilingual, unique geographical features. The progress of rural information in Xinjiang starts late, develops slowly and has large gap. Therefore, It is the most significance to study Uyghur,Chinese multilingual information management system in Xinjiang.This article first analyses the situation of rural areas and the characteristics of multilingual in Xinjiang. After lots of investigation, we analyzed the demand for committee of countryside management information system and detailed village management. We designed and implemented Uyghur,Chinese multilingual information system. MIS uses both C/S and B/S mixed-mode. It is composed of village management subsystem, village public subsystem and web issuance subsystem. This article presents the processing technology on how to input and display Uygur language. It focused on Uyghur Technology under C/S, Uyghur embedded technology on IE and Uyghur text input technology on line. This system supports both Chinese and Uyghur. Now it can input and display Uyghur and Chinese. It has met the design requirements by debugging. The study of this system will play an important role in Xinjiang.
