This article, basing on the research and development of the computer-aided system of undergraduate teaching level assessment, describes in details about the software's analysis, design as well as its partly implementation. Firstly, the background of the project is introduced and then OO method and UML modeling mechanisms are applied to create the Use Case Diagrams of the system and the Class Diagram of data requirements relating to the assessment of undergraduate teaching level during the phase of system's analysis in this thesis. Secondly, the global view of the whole software's architecture is introduced as well as the technical architecture based on Hibernate. J2EE. And as a result of detail design, the package view of POJO Persistence Layer comes into being. Lastly, in order to implementation of the project's POJO Persistence Layer in accord with business objects of teacher resources, 4 iterations of development combining Extreme Programming's mechanisms such as simple design, testing, continuous integration, refactoring, pair programming as well are introduced in detail. The article concentrates on solving the following problems: First considering similar software's limitation and the characteristics of the just assessment, the function model of UML is produced with OO's guide and the method of how to construct business object models is explained; Furthermore the functional architecture and the technical architecture are designed; Thirdly, the research on how to implement the project's POJO Persistence Layer is carried out. And skills of implementation of Hibernate based Persistence Layer is summarized, as is helpful to the research and the development of other system using Hibernate technique.
