Along with the generalizing application of computer in the aluminum electrolysis industry, the supervisory control system which controls the aluminum reduction cell to automated work was used in the production of all aluminum electrolysis factories. North China University of Technology independently developed Multi-dimensional Analytical System of Data for aluminum reduction cell (Dassie system), which can pick up and dispose data real-time, so that users can analyse and collect data from multiple point of view, and view in the way of chart or table. However, in many years of practical application, Dassie system constantly improves, and also provides more and more analysis, but technologists commonly use only a few combination of analysis. There is a need for users to define some templates of analytical function in order to be convenient for them. Otherwise, on the side of assessment and expert decision of technical parameters of aluminium electrolytic pots, Dassie system also exists lacks.This article mainly surrounds with new business needs of Dassie system, researches the data model, system design, system processes and so on of existing Dassie system, and combines the characteristics of aluminum electrolysis data, designs and realizes four function of chart templates, table templates, decision and assessment, and intelligent decision. The content and innovation of this article are as follows:1. The article uses the idea of work flow and SOA for reference to design template framework in multi-dimensional analytical system of data, provides a practical and feasible solution to realization of template and then researches the core technology of the framework, finally, in accord with existing Dassie system, designs and realizes chart templates module and table templates module;2. On the side of assessment of technical parameters, the article provides a technique of setting grades and values of all technical parameters of aluminium electrolytic pots, in order to assess conveniently all technical parameters of aluminium electrolytic pots of one day, two days or many days intuitively, quantitatively and comprehensively. Consequently aluminium electrolytic pots to be solved urgently can be quickly found. Finally the standardization of production and management of aluminium electrolytic pots is realized; 3. With application of expert system theory, the article designs a syncretic arithmetic of assessment and expert decision of technical parameters, to realize intelligent decision of important technical parameters. That is, on the basis of assessment of technical parameters, to collect daily decision thoughts of technologists and build knowledge base of decision rules, which can be dynamicly managed, then according as the knowledge base, to make decision of important technical parameters of aluminium electrolytic pots, so as to assist work area leaders to manage production of aluminium electrolytic pots scientizedly standardizedly and intelligentizedly.
