It is an important solid/liquid separation method to sintered porous metal filter in many industries. Especially it is dominant in catalyzed cracking oil slurry filter field with the characteristics such as high temperature, high viscosity and little solid/liquid density differences. But the continuous operation period of the sintered porous metal filters is usually short in many petrol-chemical factories, which is due to the traditional time order and PID control system adopted in the control system, the control model is single, and can not vary its control method corresponding with the width fluctuation of oil slurry physical property, which results in low working rate of oil slurry filter.This paper brought forward a new resolution in order to overcome the disadvantages in the foregoing control system, which can deal with fuzzy and uncertain information with a general fuzzy control, at the same time, the professional controller is based on our experience and knowledge of control instead of relying on mathematical model of control system. So we adopted fuzzy professional controller to realize the process control to the oil slurry filter.According to the above idea, in this paper, triangle membership function was set up to partition the ascending velocity of pressure difference curve in oil slurry filter process by the fuzzy function, and then make liner input transformations. Fuzzy rule database of professional controller was set up in oil slurry process, and reasoning mechanism was established by pulse reasoning method of data drive. At last control output was fulfilled by maximums membership function.Intelligent control software package was developed for oil slurry filter system. The control software has been experimented in oil slurry filter in Daqing Petrochemical Faille of PetroChina Company Limited. The experiment result indicates that fuzzy professional controller could accommodate to the changed control object automatically. And its strong reliability and dependability ensure that oil slurry filter run smoothly for long-term.
