Research On Trust And Security Of E-commerce

Internet brings us convenience for its opening and sharing together with the problem of network trust and security, which have become a bottleneck limiting the development of Electronic Commerce (e-commerce). Because of the influence coming up from some insecurity and not trust factors, it's necessary to do research into trust and security problems in e-commerce.This paper emphasizes on the analysis of trust and security problems in e-commerce system. It studies the trust and security system of Taobao web as a typical example. It also studies Taobao's third party electronic payment system—Alipay ,its security technologies, security protocol and reputation evaluating system.This paper agrees with Taobao's reputation system, but also points out some problems like: its reputation evaluating system is not perfect enough and the problem of client's account information peculated maliciously. This paper proposes a security protocol of using the client server authentication activeX based on double digital certificate mechanism. And this paper also comes up with a new formula to computing the reputation to resolve the impact of anonymity and time problems ,make the reputation evaluating system get more perfect.The conclusion of the study in Taobao's trust and security system is general and is certainly good to the development of domestic e-commerce system.
