With the rapid development and fast expansion in the demand of the E-Commerce and Information technology, the market raises the entry barrier, proposing a higher requirement to the process of the software development and giving new stress to the engineers who develop them. It needs faster design, build and development, while spending less cost and other resources. J2EE platform, which basing on the component technology, is the best choice for reducing the cost and accelerating the process of design, build and development. It provides functions such as multi-level of distributed application models, reusing of component, consistent security model and agile transact control, not only make it marketing the innovative client solution in time been possible, but also improve the reuse of the solution because the independent development platform produces solutions independent from any product of enterprises and API.For developing the level structure, a lot of different level architecture emerge in the field of J2EE, and then how to select the right architecture for your project becoming the concerning problem and most important step in the development of J2EE software.This paper study the process of design and analysis financial system with J2EE solution, focus on the PE system after software reengineer, reuse or development; and suggest the most suitable presentation layer framework, business logic framework, data persistent framework for PE system. The most important purpose of this paper is for reference to the software engineers who develop the similar financial system, making the cooperation and process of development more smooth and efficient.Besides, this paper discusses some key technological difficulty in the process of development of structure and lists some personal opinion and thinking about the advanced research in this field.
