| This thesis begins with Six Sigma business improvement model, and deeply probes into the methodology of fully evaluating a measurement system, and applies this methodology on the evaluation of Mobile phone transmission power measurement system in Reliability Lab. Through the expatiation on theory of statistics and Six Sigma business improvement model, this thesis shows the advantage of combination of statistical analysis tools and Six Sigma business improvement model.statistical analysis tools exposes the essential of practice problem encountered when implementing Six Sigma business improvement model, and reveals obvious advantage no matter in activity of analyzing root causes that leading business problem or in researching solution for problem, monitoring and controlling improvement gained. So to make the Mobile phone transmission power measurement system in Reliability Lab meet new requirement from business improving, basing on real situation in work, the author introduces the structure and principle of this system through the combination with Six Sigma business improvement model, then give out the new evaluation index for the system according to those new requirement. Meantime, the author designs out experiments basing on statistical principle and directs the implement of experiments, give out detail explanation on operation method, data collection, analysis result and improvement action as well as.In order to solve problem and verify the current Mobile phone transmission power measurement system in Reliability Lab, the author puts up many experiment research. During research, the author fully evaluates Mobile phone transmission power measurement system including stability, linearity, accuracy and precision. This evaluation indicates there is opportunity in accuracy. So the author finds solution through analysis to improve test capability of the test system. After long term monitor and verification, the solution is proved effective and workable to meet new business requirement. In this project, the author utilizes and Six Sigma business improvement model and statistical analysis tools including comparison method, measurement system analysis,ANOVA, statistical process control, as well as Minitab statistical software to solve practice business problem. So the problem solving method adopted in this project is correct and effective. |
