An all-solid-state laser based on bonded crystal and OPO is repoted.All-solid-state lasers are of great interest in the fields of medical application, laser display. We can get high quality RGB lasers with OPO. All solid-state laser is the key for large laser projection systems. All-solid RGB lasers can provide laser display with optical source, so it's important to study RGB laser both at theory and pactice.In this paper, Optical parametric oscillation(OPO) and all-solid 1.57μm laser are laid heavy stress. We theoretically and experimentally investigate them. First, we get a high-repetition-rate diode-pumped Q-switched intracavity optical parametric oscillator at 1.57μm with stable power output. The red and blue lasers are exported by single wave parametric oscillating with 1064nm and 635nm respectively..The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. The RGB laser study based on the theory of OPO. The merits of large frame laser projection display and respective development and use of all-solid RGB lasers are introduced in brief. On the basis of coupled wave equations, theoretically and experimentally studies of the optical parametric oscillator(OPO) threshold parameters and of the conversion efficiency are presented. It also is investigated that the peak power of pump wave and single wave, beam quality of pump wave and so on are major factors to effect OPO's threshold.2. The study on the All-solid-state 1064nm composite Nd:YAG laser. In this section, the history of laser medium and composite crystal are introduced. Then it is discussed that the thermal effect of laser medium results in decrease of 1064nm output power. In addition, we calculate the coupling coefficient of pump wave and single wave.3. The experimental study on the 1.57μm laser. Near 1.57μm laser radiation is eye-safe and has pretty good atmosphere transmission performance. It has been applied in many regions, for example, liars, range finder and so on. In this dissertation, under the theoretically studies of biaxial crystal KTP type I, II phase match and of some calculations of several operation parameters. In the experiment, we get a 1.25W quasi-continuum eyes-afe intracavity 1.57μm laser. On the other side, we confirm the range of OPO's threshold and prepare a scheme...
