Check selection is the most significant tache which should be based on scientific standard,Making use of the varieties information of taxpayer that have been learned, we could find the exceptional taxpayer who affects tax collections and stress checking. Check selection serves well for keeping tax order and promoting tax operation depending on laws.This thesis designs a system for Check selection according to the software lifecycle theory and the daily requirements. The main task is to analyze the requirements, discussing the characters and capacity of the Check selection data. The key strategy has been used in this system is Data Warehouse Technology. Aiming at the specific demands of the system, the system designed both the main body and the Data Warehouse. Through the technique of Data Warehouse the tax collection data can be collected efficiently and dealt with well, can be summarized the useful and correct information which could help the tax officials to check collecting efficiently. When implementing the system I made a deep research aiming at the key issues and support solutions.The system based on tax expropriation data and other data could be built in a canonical and sharable Data Warehouse as possible. With this system, the problems such as data extraction, cleaning, transformation and loading can be solved successfully. The system was built with four function modules, which are selecting cases by computer, selecting cases by manual work, selecting cases by certain requirements and selecting cases inquiring for which is a system based on C/S frame work. It is also an analysis platform supporting all levels tax inspector.At present, this system is tested by the Tax Bureau in Hei Longjiang Province and the test result clearly shows that the system could promote tax information priority building efficiently. |
