Miniaturization, integration and practicality is the development trend of laser technology, And some students are energetically engaged on the research of increasing laser power and improving the quality of beam of light and exploring new working mechanism and new working matter. As against gas laser with equal power and the whole solid-state laser of diode pumping, high power fiber laser notable predominance in efficiency, cubage, refrigeration and quality of beam of light and otherwise. Fiber laser have potential applications foreground in laser weapon. As deep of research developing, fiber laser have absolute probability to substitute gas laser which have big cubage and is applied to national defence and normal solid-state laser system. To actualize high power fiber laser, it is necessary to do researches on combination interference technology of fiber laser. And there is an effective means which we call fiber laser array, that is to say put many the same fiber together with each other to form a dense array, and then it can get high laser reference power output because each fiber laser combine.In this paper, we have done research on a interference type fiber laser array which is combining fiber laser array. First, the author have design a distribution bragg grating reflecting fiber laser, and have got the spectrum of the output laser. Based on combining fiber laser which is composed of two fiber laser, We can get the power value of the pump laser and the output, with which we can make researches on the stability of the combining output efficiency. In this research, in the range of the experiment, we have got the conclusion that the combining output is equal to the interference combining output of the two output power which is produced by each pump laser itself. That is to say combining output efficiency and power is steady. And what is then, the total pump efficiency and the total output power increase as the ratio of the power of the two pump laser increase in the range of the experiment(without regard to plus saturation). In addition, in this paper, the author even changes the length of erbium doped fiber on one of the two fiber laser, and repeat detect the power value of pump and output, do research the relation between length of erbium doped fiber and output power and combining efficiency and pump power. The author got the conclusion that the total pump efficiency and the total output power descend as the difference increase. And the relation between them is non-linear. The configuration of the interference type fiber laser array is novelty and is easy to carry out array combining.
