The Evaluation Of The Social Network's Nodes Influence Based On Users' Behavior And Relationship

Microblogging is a platform based on users' relationship to share, get and broadcast information. With the development of the Web2.0, more and more people focus on microblogging and use it. As a new online social network and developed on recent years, microblogging draw a large researchers to study. Microblogging has both characters of media communication and social network, so we can research it from many aspects, such as social network analysis, mass media and so on. We have studied microblogging from the respect of complex network and advanced a new algorithm to evaluate the influence of nodes in microblogging's social network. The major work of this paper is presents as follows:First, it is proved that in a microblogging's social network, there exists small-world, scale-free and high clustering coefficient characteristics, which are three main properties of complex network, so we can study it through the analysis of complex network.Second, we find the number of microblogs and the activity of posting microblogs are follow power-law distributions, which is an evidence shows that human dynamics are non-Poissonian.Finally, we advanced a new algorithm based on the algorithm of PageRank, which name is Behavior-Relationship Rank, it evaluate the influence of nodes in microblogging's social network through the users' behavior and relationship. In order to improve the efficient of process the dataset, we used a distributed computing platform to realize the algorithm. Through the evaluation of nodes'influence, we can find the strong nodes and grasp the key point of information dissemination in microblogging's social network. It is useful for us to study information transmission and monitoring of public sentiment in microblogging's social network.As a new platform for broadcasting information, microblogging has wide foreground in application and research, especially in spreading news, information recommendation, user behavior analysis, human dynamic and so on. The purpose of studying microblogging is to find out potential value in application and research, which is the motivation for progress.
