With the advancement of technology and development of economy, China is integrating gradually with the world in information. Internet has brought great economic and social benefits to the enterprise. All of the companies are trying to move forward, and their own management will be developing in fast, efficient, robust, paperless direction. Today, the market economy is developing rapidly. Most companies pay more and more attention to product quality and customer satisfaction. In order to further improve product quality and service quality, and provide to the user a more comprehensive pre-sales support and after-sales service. More and more companies start to focus on MIS which using the new technology and a new management style. We can make data processing of information more convenient by using the MIS system. It can also reduce the workload of managers and improve the utilization of information. So we improve the vitality and competitiveness fundamentally. In recent years, automotive thing is rising gradually. It makes the car more intelligent and network. And it links all the cars in a country through the network. So you can manage cars easily and share vehicles information resources conveniently. Automotive electronics play an important role in modern automobile. In future intelligent vehicles will be an integrated terminal which is a set of chips, network and computer technology. So a intelligent navigation system and a perfect MIS system are the important part in the things of automotive which is also the development trend of future intelligent vehicles.The subject of this article is based on IPv6, the research and application of MIS systems, is the credibility of IPv6-based network services platform project car based on the research. First we proposed the research background and significance and introduce the relevant background knowledge. Then according to actual needs, we adopt the traditional client/server model structure, top-down approach to software development design and implementation of the system. We design a rational standard database structure.The access methods which we using ADO.NET disconnected data access and MapReduce which is the core technology of Hadoop framework for data processing and analysis are two major characteristic of the system. It provides a convenient and efficient method for mass data processing. In the growing of thins today, the application of system on automotive industry become more and more widely. In particular, especially in terms of vehicle management, team manager can not only grasp the vehicles information comprehensively, but also manage the vehicles more efficiently. Managers of vehicles can quickly make the appropriate decisions based on the information, so that the management is more systematic and standardized. It enables enterprises to more vitality and more competitive in the industry.
